Deep in the forests of Athel Loren lives the druid Larovar the green prophet. His loyalty to nature is unquestionable and his belief in goodness unbroken. He is known from his negotiations with the Erinnyes of Athel Loren and his attempts to calm the dryads hatred of the wood elves. His connection to the forest spirits gives him tremendous power and he is always surrounded by fairy-like creatures that give him strength and optimism.
Larovar was part of the defense around the siege of L’Anguille in bretonia and fought side by side with Drycha, the Dryad Queen, even though she deeply detests the Wood Elves and wishes their extinction to restore peace to Athel Loren. He has also been involved in numerous battles on the forest borders to protect the trees from the axes of orcs, dwarves and other horrible creatures.
The green prophet is held in high respect among the Wood Elves and is part of the Council of the Ancients, answering not only historical but also current questions and guiding major decisions.
The blue crystals – called Hyokryl – are part of Athel Loren forever and sources of enormous magic, as well as a place of attraction for fairy creatures, forest spirits and druids. They are usually visited before great battles and their power is absorbed during a long ritual.
Larovar has been fighting for good and peace in Athel Loren for centuries, always striving to advance relations with other factions and preserve the realm of the wood elves.
